With Cool-Jams, I Keep My Cool All Night Long!

May 29, 2018 by Kelly 20 Comments

This is a sponsored post and I was compensated. However, all opinions are 100% mine! This post contains affiliate links. There is a joke in my family that my internal temperature is not 98.6 but rather 198.6! I am always hot! And since hitting menopause, it has gotten worse! The thermostat in the house never dips below 68 degrees!

With Cool-Jams, I Keep My Cool All Night Long!

I Am Finally Getting A Comfortable Night’s Sleep!

Waking up in the middle of the night overheating and covered in sweat is never ideal. It creates odors and makes it difficult to get back to sleep. But, sleeping during the summer doesn’t have to be that way. Thankfully, one of my favorite companies, Cool-Jams, have created sleepwear and bedding that will keep you cool and keep the sweat off your body.

With Cool-Jams, I Keep My Cool All Night Long! 2

I have the Moisture Wicking Pleated Tank Capri set and I absolutely love them! They are lightweight, super comfortable and wrinkle resistant. I can lounge in the house and my pajamas never look like I just hopped out of bed. And with the beautiful draping silk-like fabric and classic lines of the design, the fit is flattering and I feel so pretty when I wear them!

Read more about the Moisture Wicking Pleated Tank Capri set:

The fabric in my pajamas, uses Cool-Jam’s wicking technology to help you stay cool and dry. In fact, it dries four times faster than cotton. This means I get a comfortable night’s sleep and I love it! I seriously haven’t woken up in a sweat since. And even with repeated washings, the wicking technology never washes out.

Stay Cooler Sleep Better

Cool Jams Offers More Than Sleepwear For Women!

Cool-Jams Wicking Sleepwear also offers sleepwear for men, along with lightweight nightclothes for traveling. The website has a variety of different styles to pick from. So no matter what you like to wear to bed you’ll find something to fit your needs. They’ve also got your bed covered with mattress pads, sheets, blankets, and pillowcases. Cool-Jams offers a 30-day return policy if you aren’t completely satisfied. Sleep Better Tonight With Cool-jams Wicking Sleepwear For Night Sweats. Free Shipping.

We use our overhead fan at night year round. We also keep the bedroom cool and dark to help our sleep.

I am not one of those people that stay hot. I actually stay cold. Not a good medium for me.

Yes! I’m always hot at night – granted that might be due to the hot, humid Florida weather. I always keep the ceiling fan on at night. I also have a gel cooling pillow – although I’m not sure it works as well as it claims to! We also use 100% cotton sheets.

I got through menopause by having a neck wrap that I kept in the freezer.
    Thanks for the contest.

I had to have one of my adrenal glands removed 12 years ago and have overheated extremely easily ever since (not good when you live in Florida!). My husband bought me a spray bottle with attached fan and it has been an absolute lifesaver for outdoor activities!

I am usually cold, except when sleeping. Then, I’m HOT! I like to sleep with minimal clothing so I can keep cozy under the covers. I lower the temp in the room and use the ceiling fan to help keep cool. These pjs would be great to try.

Yes, I am always hot at night! I love to sleep with not only my ceiling fan, but an extra stand fan blowing on me as well. It also helps to have a nice light blanket to sleep with rather than a heavy one. 🙂

I alternate between hot and cold constantly. I no longer have a thyroid so my body has issues with temperature.

I am constantly dealing with hot flashes and excessive sweating at night. Even during the winter I slept with a fan on! Now it’s a fan & air conditioner!

I am usually always hot and I can’t figure out why! I was hot before my hysterectomy and before becoming a Diabetic. I’ve asked my doctor about it, because my husband is usually cold. This does not make for a united marriage! I haven’t got any tips. Heck, I can’t even help myself!

I do get hot, and not in a good way! I use a fan in the bedroom, helps a little bit.
