So…let’s talk about these Amazeballs Lavender Essential Oils Bath Bomb Fizzies! I love a good bath bomb, don’t you?! These are super easy to make (check out my video above) and cheap! Don’t get those store bought bath bombs that cost $5 or more each! Make the yourself for less than $1! Here is the recipe below. You are going to LOVE it! And they make such great gifts to! I know you have a grad who would love this recipe.
Here is what you will need to make the Lavender Essential Oils Bath Bomb Fizzies Recipe:
- 1 cup baking soda
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Epsom salts
- 1/2 cup citric acid
- 2 tablespoons dried lavender flowers
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 10-20 drops of lavender essential oil
- Blue and red or purple food coloring
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon water
- Silicone mold
Step 1:Â In a medium size bowl, add the baking soda, cornstarch, Epsom salts and citric acid.
Step 2:Â Whisk in the dried lavender
Step 3: Add the coconut oil to the bowl
Step 4: Add in your lavender essential oil
Step 5: Put in a few drops of food coloring, but not too much, or it will make the mixture too wet.
Step 6: Add in the water, 1/2 teaspoon at a time, until the mixture forms a ball in your hand. Press mixture into the mold. Allow to harden overnight.
