Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza Does A Belly Good!

December 27, 2019 by Kelly 27 Comments

This is a sponsored post. Although I received compensation, my opinions about Blaze Pizza are entirely my own! If you were on a deserted island and could only have one food item, what would it be? Mine would be pizza.

You can have so many choices with pizza, even if you ate it the rest of your life, you would never get bored, right? My family is right there with me! We try to eat pizza at least once a week, if not more.

Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza exterior

Recently, we discovered a new pizza place in Knoxville and it is our new favorite place to eat. When you eat at Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza, it does a belly good ya’ll! From the moment we walked into Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza on N. Peters Drive, we were enthusiastically greeted by their friendly staff.

Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza front

At our Knoxville location, Torie Ciroula is the GM. During our first visit, Torie was backed up by some of the greatest staff! Amanda, Trevor, Jake, Alex and Dylan were so nice! You could genuinely tell they enjoyed their jobs and worked like a well oiled machine!

In my opinion, this is a huge factor on if my family will come back to a restaurant. If the staff is this infectiously fun, we are certain to come back again and again!

At Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza, they make custom 11-inch personal pizzas with made-from-scratch dough. They offer a ton of artisanal ingredients on their assembly line, so you can order from the menu or you can build your own fresh, custom made pizza (they even have gluten free crust!) just about any way you like!

Once you choose your sauce (red, garlic pesto or white) and cheese (mozzarella, ricotta, Gorgonzola, Parmesan, and even vegan) you get to choose your toppings.

Oh and the toppings! You can choose from applewood bacon, grilled chicken, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, red onion, crumbled meatballs and so many more!

I stuck with the vegetarian while the rest of my family went full on carnivore with a bit of veggie thrown in for good measure! Once you have all your toppings on the pizza, your pie is placed in their blazing hot oven for 180 seconds.

There, your pizza is fast-fire’d to crisp perfection. You can also choose a ready-made salad from their cooler like Chicken or Classic Caesar, Antipasto, Beet and Goat Cheese and more.

As far as beverages go, you can choose from several bottled drinks or their fizzy fountain drink, which we all chose.

Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza interior

The interior of Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza is very cool! It is comfortable and trendy without being pretentious. As many of you know, my son Henry has autism. It can be super difficult to find restaurants he is comfortable in.

I cannot tell you how many places we have entered and just as quickly, have left because the atmosphere was too much for Henry to handle. At Blaze Pizza, he felt perfectly content, which was a huge plus for us.

So, I am sure you are waiting for the all important verdict…how good is the pizza from Blaze? Oh.Em.Gee you guys! This is seriously one of the best pizzas I have EVER had.

And trust me, I have had a lot of pizza in my time. The sauce is the perfect balance of tomatoes and herbs, the cheeses are high quality and the toppings are some of the best around.

The crust comes out so crispy. But not too crispy, you know? It is just perfect! And I strongly suggest you order the S’More Pie, which is also baked in that hot oven. Caitlin could not stop talking about how good it was!

Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza Does A Belly Good!

Still not sure how good the pizza from Blaze is? We have now started a new family tradition where we have a late lunch and see a matinee every Sunday. Where do we eat? Blaze Pizza of course! Now because Blaze is a fairly new concept, they may not be in your area yet.

They have several spots across the country and new franchises are popping up on a regular basis. Check here to see if there is a Blaze Pizza near you or if there is one on the way.

Blaze reminds of a pizza chain here in my country with a similar concept – Project Pie. I love how you described Blaze’s pizza as crunchy but just the right kind of crunchy. I’d ome here for a quick meal 🙂

What a great place to grab pizza!!! I know my wife would be all over the gluten free pizza crust, she can’t have gluten so it’s hard sometimes to find places to eat.
