Frozen Pumpkin Pie Pops + {Giveaway}

This is a sponsored post. I have either received product or monetary compensation. All opinions are mine. Do you ever get into a rut when it comes to cooking? I do all the time, so I try to keep fresh recipes flowing through the kitchen. What’s funny, is the kids could, and often do, eat the same things over and over again. I mean, yeah, I could eat lasagna and grilled chicken all day long, but at some point, I want something different. But, this is coming from the woman who as a kid ate PB&J, Chocolate milk and a bowl of soup ever day for lunch for a year. Seriously, a whole year! My kids, could, and do eat mac and cheese and PB&J til the cows come home. They could also eat about 100 Pumpkin Pie Pops too. But, they are really good, so I cannot say as I blame them!

Frozen Pumpkin Pie Pops

These Frozen Pumpkin Pie Pops are super easy to make and are pretty low in fat too. Because I use the Zoku Duo Quick Pop Maker, I get uniformly frozen and shaped pops every time. This handy little machine is so easy to use that the kids usually make their own (SCORE!!) What’s cool about this machine is you put the whole unit into the freezer for about 8 hours. Once it is nice and cold, you just insert the pop sticks, pour your mixture and it freezes in less than 10 minutes! You can grab the Zoku Duo Quick Pop Maker from their website for $39.99 as well as Williams-Sonoma and JCP.

Frozen Pumpkin Pie Pops Chocolate Station

My kids will eat just about anything covered in chocolate, and that includes these Frozen Pumpkin Pie Pops,. I used to dip their pudding pops in a bowl of chocolate, but it was so messy. With the Zoku Chocolate Station, which sells for $19.99, I can dip their frozen treats without making a mess. I am so in love with this little thing! All you do is pour the chocolate into the opening, dip the frozen pops in and then use the dipping trays to add their favorite toppings. I mean, could it get any easier than that? Um,I don’t think so! Now when the kids want a snack, instead of the same old boring Popsicle, they can have yummy Chocolate Dipped Frozen Pumpkin Pie Pops! Where’s my pics of the pops you ask? Before I could get the camera out, the kids (and my husband) ate them ALL…TWICE!! As happens in the life of a blogger! And if you don’t have a Zoku handy, you can make this recipe in any Popsicle mold. If you want more recipes like this, just visit the Zoku Blog!
