My daughter recently bought a new home and I wanted to get her something special. You know, one of the best housewarming gifts people want! • Kitchen Goody Basket: There are things in my kitchen I use every day. Because they get so much use, they need replacing. Problem is, I hate spending money on myself. So, I keep using those worn out towels or that sponge that has lost some of it’s scrubbing power. I know I would love a pretty basket filled with new kitchen towels, pot holders, sponges, and  wooden spoons. How about you?
• Something Homemade: I appreciate a gift that was made especially for me. When my daughter had me down for a visit a few years ago, she mentioned she wanted a flower garden. Because my daughter loves to cook, I know this would be a gift she would appreciate and use often.
• A Unique Doormat: If you were to guess one household item many homeowners forget to buy, what would it be? My guess would be a doormat. Am I right? Before you come into your home, you need a sturdy doormat to wipe your feet. No need tracking in dirt and whatnot in from the outside. Am I right?!
