Father’s Day will be here before you know it! That means you need to get a great card for the father in your life. Sure, you could go down to the store and get Dad a store bought card. OR you could make him an adorable, handmade card. You know… the kind of that goes on his desk or hangs on the fridge for years to come.
Vests may have gone out of style in recent years. But they have remained a classic symbol of refined gentlemen, perfect for fathers. It is the perfect template for this Homemade Father’s Day Scrapbook Paper Vest Card! That’s why we’re using the vest as the base for this craft project. A vest is an easy to recognize shape with space for decoration and any long messages you want to leave inside.
This Homemade Father’s Day Scrapbook Paper Vest Card craft project is easy for kids of all ages. The kids can draw inside or write a lovely note. The craft requires no skill at all and it doesn’t take very long to complete. You’re never too old to make a card for your dad on Father’s Day either! My kids are teens and still make dad a card every year. After you finish making a card for dad, you might want to make one for Grandpa too! And then make him this 30-Minute Layered Enchilada Casserole.
