Homemade Margarita Lime Essential Oil Body Scrub

October 29, 2018 by Kelly 63 Comments

Homemade Margarita Lime Essential Oil Body Scrub

This post includes affiliate links or images. When my son was less than a year old, he started to have a lot of health issues. A long and winding road took us to his diagnosis of autism.

One thing we did early on was remove as many chemicals from the house as possible. This meant making a lot of my own cleaning products. Along the way, I began to learn to make my own beauty products as well.

I have been creating homemade beauty products for years. One of my favorites is my Homemade Margarita Lime Essential Oil Body Scrub

Homemade Beauty Products

There is no doubt you save a ton of money when you make your own beauty products. You also get to enjoy experimenting with different ingredients. I love to make body scrubs using essential oils.

Not only does your skin feel great, but it smells wonderful. Also, lots of essential oils have fantastic properties that benefit you! Caitlin and I had so much fun making this Homemade Margarita Lime Essential Oil Body Scrub!

Exfoliate That Skin Ladies!

I thought with spring around the corner, it was a great time to make a salt scrub. I love how it exfoliates my skin so well. When you use this Homemade Margarita Lime Essential Oil Body Scrub in the tub or shower, the warm water brings the essential oils to life.

The whole bathroom smells of lime! It is absolutely delicious. Be sure to make several batches so you have some to keep and some to give away! Enjoy one of my Sweet and Spicy Top Shelf Margaritas while you make this!
