You Will Be Inspired When You See Wonder The Movie!

Mom was nearby putting away laundry. I was singing a new song I learned. The son had a derogatory word about an ethnic group in it. I had no idea what the word meant, but mom did! When I saw the movie “Wonder”, it immediately made me think of the movie “Mask.” I found a great chance to speak to Caitlin and Henry about Auggie and his life. I just love seeing inspiration movies like these that also open the door to a wonderful teaching opportunity as well. This moving, heartfelt and uplifting family film was released on Digital on January 30. It will be released on 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack (plus Blu-ray and Digital), Blu-ray Combo Pack (plus DVD and Digital), DVD, and On Demand February 13 from Lionsgate.

The movie is based on the #1 New York Times bestseller, and USA Today’s top-selling book of 2017, by R.J. Palacio. Caitlin and I LOVED this book! I could read it over and over again! Writer-director Stephen Chbosky (Beauty and the Beast, The Perks of Being a Wallflower) brings to life the uplifting story of a boy who inspires and teaches others that true beauty is found within. “Wonder” was Certified Fresh™ on Rotten Tomatoes and was co-written for the screen by Steven Conrad and Jack Thorne.
