Pink Cereal Treats Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2.5 cups marshmallows
- Pink gel food coloring
- 3 cups rice cereal treats
- 1 cup white chocolate
- Pink sugar sprinkles
Yields: 15 to 20 rice cereal treat bites
Step 1:In a medium sized saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add marshmallows. Stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and add 2-3 drops of pink gel food coloring. Stir until marshmallow mixture is completely tinted.
Step 2: Fold in rice cereal treats and keep on folding until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 3: Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside. Roll 2-3 inch spheres from the rice cereal treat mixture. Place each sphere gently on lined baking sheet.
Step 4: In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave white chocolate in 30-second intervals until completely melted. Scoop melted chocolate into a piping bag and drizzle over each rice cereal treat. Top off with pink sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes – serve and enjoy!
