Ingredients

1 package (12 oz.) chocolate chips, melted
1 package (14 oz.) soft caramels
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. water
12 cups popped popcorn

Instructions

Pop the popcorn, place in a large bowl and set aside.
Unwrap caramel candy and add to medium size sauce pan. Add butter and water and cook over medium-low heat and stir until melted and smooth.
Remove mixture from heat and pour over the popcorn and mix until popcorn is thoroughly coated.
Let stand for a few minutes to cool.
While the popcorn cools, melt your chocolate chips in the microwave. Set timer for 30 seconds, stir and repeat until smooth.
ow for the fun part! Get the kids to help! Grease your hands with butter and shape the popcorn into balls about the size of a softball.
Stick a wooden Popsicle stick in each popcorn ball, dip each popcorn ball into melted chocolate, and roll in the sprinkles.
