Ingredients
- 8 cups of seedless watermelon chunks
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1/2 cup vodke
Instructions
- In your blender or food processor, add all ingredients. Pulse until smooth. About 2 minutes.
- Pour into a 9×13 pan. Freeze for one hour.
- Scrape sides and middle to mix thoroughly. Freeze for an additional 2-3 hours.
- Using a large spoon or ice cream scoop, serve in a dessert cup or martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
- If you want a non-alcoholic version, just leave out the vodka. The remaining steps are the same.
