Super Simple Twix Candy Bar Bundt Cake Recipe

This post contains affiliate links and/or images. I don’t know about you, but I have a wicked sweet tooth. I get it from my dad! He never went a day without having something sweet.

He would have either a dessert or a candy bar during the work day. My Caitlin enjoys the occasional sweet as well. One of our favorite treats is either a Twix candy bar or a slice of pound cake.

If you need an inexpensive and easy dessert recipe, this super simple Twix Candy Bar Bundt Cake Recipe is for you. It's like your favorite candy bar married your favorite cake!

A Dessert That Is The Best Of Two Worlds

When we were looking for a new recipe to make for the blog, we were actually eating a Twix bar. Caitlin said we should just melt a Twix bar and pour it over a slice of pound cake. Genius!

If there is one thing I love, it is a recipe that is as easy as it is delicious! I felt making this super simple Twix Candy Bar Bundt Cake Recipe was a winning idea!

A Recipe As Easy As It Is Delicious!

What I love about this recipe is how easy it is. You only need a few ingredients and you have a dessert everyone absolutely loves. This is such a great bundt cake recipe when you want to share a dessert.

It is perfect for a picnic, a church get together, for a family with a new baby or for the new family that just moved into your neighborhood. Not only is this Twix Candy Bar Bundt Cake Recipe super simple but it is very inexpensive to make as well. It is a win-win!

Twix Candy Bar Bundt Cake Recipe Ingredients

Here is what you will need for your Twix Candy Bar Bundt Cake Recipe:

  • 1-pound cake mix
  • 1 package of caramel candies
  • 1 package of milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Bundt baking pan
  • Spray butter flavored Pam

Twix Candy Bar Bundt Cake Recipe Step 1

Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl or stand mixer, prepare pound cake mix according to package directions.

Twix Candy Bar Bundt Cake Recipe Step 2

Step 2: Pour pound cake mixture into Bundt cake pan and bake according to package directions. Allow to cool on baking rack completely.

Step 3: Add ½ cup heavy whipping cream to caramel. Melt in microwave in 30 second intervals until completely melted.

Step 4: Pour caramel mixture over the top of Bundt cake. Place cake in fridge for at least one hour to allow caramel to harden.

Steo 5: Add ½ cup heavy whipping cream to chocolate chips. Melt in microwave in 30 second intervals until completely melted. Do not over heat. Only cook 30 seconds at a time or the chocolate will “break.”

Step 6: Pour melted chocolate over the top of Bundt cake. Allow to cool completely. Serve and enjoy! You can start this bundt cake recipe for dessert by having a savory bowl of Homemade Beef Noodle Soup~

Ingredients
