He was so frustrated, he decided to go to the store. He waited in line for 70 minutes. When his number was called, he proceeded to explain the problem with our bill. It took another 45 minutes and a manager’s help to finally solve the issue.
How refreshing when I called the T-Mobile team of experts! Did I get a robot? No! Did I get another clueless “Ralph?” No! Instead, I was quickly connected to a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient representative!
My question was answered quickly and explained in a way I could easily understand. I know, right?! And when you use the T-Mobile app, you can actually see your Team of Experts!
