Homemade Essential Oils Muscle Ache Ointment supplies

Supplies

  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shea butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground or powdered ginger
  • ¼ cup beeswax or soy pellets
  • 5-10 drops rosemary essential oil
  • 5-10 drops lavender essential oil
  • 5-10 drops muscle ease essential oil
  • 1-ounce metal or plastic container

Directions

Step 1: Add the coconut and olive oil to a medium glass bowl

Stwp 2: Add the ginger to the bowl

Step 3: Melt and add the shea butter to the bowl

Step 4: Add your beeswax or soy wax to bowl and heat in 30 second increments until the contents are
melted. Whisk or stir ingredients together.

Step 5: Add your essential oils to the bowl.

Step 6: Mix well

Step: 7: Portion your salve into your container. It will solidify as it cools. Store in a cool place so your salve won’t melt in higher temperatures.
